The rigorous training is supervised under the highly professional “Black Hats” ( Sergeant Airborne ) at Ft Benning, GA since 1940. The fabric is 75% acrylic, 20% nylon, and 5% elastic. Machine wash cool and tumble dry low, inside out. Fits men’s shoe size 8 1/2-12, woman’s shoe size 9-12.
